Seats are strictly limited to 150 attendees — early bird invitees are encouraged to register before June 28th to lock in the lower price and secure their spot before it opens to everyone.

  • BrainShare 2027 takes place on Monday, February 1, 2027 at the Hilton West Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Florida. Doors open at 7:00 AM and the event runs through a private dinner ending at 9:30 PM.

    • General Admission is for anyone attending BrainShare only, with no IndieTech ticket and no Champions Mastermind membership.

    • IndieTech Ticket Holder is for anyone who has purchased or is purchasing a ticket to IndieTech 2027 (February 2–3).

  • Yes. BrainShare requires its own separate ticket even if you are already registered for IndieTech 2027 (February 2–3). You must register and pay for BrainShare independently. However, if you have already purchased an IndieTech 2027 ticket, you qualify for a discounted BrainShare ticket tier.
