By purchasing a ticket to IndieTech 2027, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing ticket sales, cancellations, refunds, and attendance.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are based on the date the cancellation request is received:

• More than 60 days before the event — Full refund (100%)

• 31–60 days before the event — Partial refund (50%)

• 30 days or fewer before the event — No refund

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Transferability

Tickets are strictly non-transferable. The name on the registration must match a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Tickets may not be sold, gifted, or transferred. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.

Event Modifications

IndieTech reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control. If cancelled, attendees receive a full refund. If postponed, tickets transfer to the new date. Changes to schedule, speakers, or programming do not constitute grounds for a refund. IndieTech is not responsible for incidental travel costs.

Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. IndieTech reserves the right to remove any attendee for disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Liability Waiver

IndieTech is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Media & Photography

The event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, you grant IndieTech a royalty-free license to use your likeness in promotional materials. Notify staff upon arrival if you wish to opt out.

Privacy

Attendee information is collected for registration and communication purposes only and will not be sold to third parties. You may opt out of future communications at any time.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
